Over the past ten years, many people have expressed interest in establishing a Master Program or licensing model to enable the use and sale of Red Monkey Story content and the Engine of Innovation Operating System Toolkit. I have been receptive to these proposals, but I concluded that the story and operating system were not yet ready for formal release within the Organizational Development field. Several critical gaps required resolution, and any solutions needed to remain consistent with the principles and content of the Red Monkey Story.
My approach to learning, validation, and certification is deliberately unconventional. I believe validation should be dynamic and grounded in ‘social validation’ rather than static, one-time assessments.
Now, I am ready to begin the development of the Red Monkey Professional Network and the Red Monkey Expert Network. Both networks will comprise members who are masters in their field of application. We will develop and tune following concept of mastership and licensing with the first Red Monkey Membership Council.
