Jef Staes, architect in the field of learning & innovative organizations, not only takes you through thinking errors in organizational development but also offers solutions. Starting his carreer as an engineer in digital telephony, he later found his passion as a Training Manager and Corporate Learning Officer. It is the fusion of his experience in digital and his experience in the field of learning & development that forms the basis of a unique, confrontational and pragmatic view of cultural innovation.
