The Portfolio
The portfolio has to make the mission of Red Monkey Company a reality. It has to be built with the mission guidelines in mind (use the EOI Mindset Map and bring EOI Stepping into practice). As a small company (not even a company yet … 8-) … we have to find the right strategy to grow our portfolio.
We divided Red Monkey Company into ‘Business Units’ with their own aligned mission and related portfolio. This makes organic growth possible and is in line with the EOI Mindset.

The Red Monkey Community is an ‘online’ place where people passionate about Red Monkey Innovation Management and the Engine of Innovation Mindset come together to discuss, learn and act.
The ‘Red Monkey Community Business Unit’ maintains the community platform (and related technologies) to support ‘JefStaes.com’ & ‘The Red Monkey Story’ in offering the ‘community part’ of their portfolio.
